Welcome Autumn!

Summer is supposed to be gone, but with today’s high of 106, it sure doesn’t seem like it.  Next week brings promises of cooler temps, and more time to spend outside!

As I sit here and ponder the current real estate market, I am hopeful that this fall season will see more single family homes on the market, and people will have more choices to consider.  All the current news states that the fed is up in the air, so to speak, about whether or not they will need to raise rates again.  They are waiting for the third quarter economic reports to be available.  Which I believe will be in the first couple of weeks in October.  The federal reserve board is like Punxsutawney Phil, sticking their heads out, from wherever they are (lol), and predicting what will take place in the next, and last quarter of the year.  Let’s see what happens…meanwhile, if you or someone you know is in a position of needing/wanting to buy or sell real estate, I would be happy to help!  Like they say, ‘it’s always a good time to invest in real estate.’
